A minimum of 24 hours must be given, anything less than 24 hours a 50% charge will be made payable.
If you reschedule your appointment more than twice you will be made to pay a deposit before the next booking can be made.

Will be required to pay 50% of the treatment price, no further bookings will be made unless the fee is paid. 

If you are running late, you must let me know as soon as possible as I may need to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes late without letting me know this will be considered as a NO SHOW.

If your appointment is longer than 2 hours I will require a 20% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This will then be deducted from your overall treatment price.
At busy times of the year I reserve the right to ask for a £10 deposit to be made when booking appointments. All of the above will also still be applicable.
